We are open from 9am to 12pm & from 4pm until 7pm. However if you are coming between the office hours or when we are closed then please pick up the phone outside the front door & dial the number given so we can assist you with the check in.

We are 10 to 15 mins walking distance from intercity bus terminal. If you still need to take the bus then please take bus number 106 from 100 Victoria street west in front of TVNZ & the bus stop number is 7102. The bus fare will be $3.50c per person & the bus will drop you opposite freemans bay school in Wellington street.

Super shuttles are available 24/7 at the airport terminal. They charge $39 for one person & any additional person it will be $9 extra & will drop you right outside Freemans backpackers.

We do not have our own car park. Parking is available on street which has a time limit of upto 120 mins max. After 6pm it is free to park until 9am next morning. Parking is free from 4pm friday until 9am Monday that means you can park your car for no charge over the weekend.

Yes it is possible. Please make sure your booking has been confirmed & use the phone outside the front door upon arrival & dial the number to speak to the staff member. One of us will advise you how to access your room.

Our check in time is after 2pm & check out time is 10am.

The nearest supermarket is called New World & is 10 mins walk from our backpackers.Ponsonby road has lots of restaurants & bars & is 10 mins walk as well.
